It took the 4 of us to get the job done. (Jane, Rean, Nicky and I) Discussions led in this direction. First option was to take the tree out the front door. That would have involved carrying it down two flights of stairs and vacumming for 2 hours. Our next-door neighbours had informed us of their experience.
None of us are that ambitious.
The second option was to try and pry the window open, that hadn't been opened for 3 months...and toss the tree out from the second floor.
The second option clearly had more excitement, and danger. Certainly was the laziest but cleverest option too. Fitting for a Saturday on Richmond.
So out she goes. Flop. I'm sure the neighbours downstairs were laughing as they see a tree falling from the sky.
